Mission: Mellichamp Elementary exists to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where students learn and grow daily, developing the skills and confidence needed to excel academically and socially.

Vision: Mellichamp Elementary aims to continue cultivating a collaborative and supportive environment where staff, students, and families work together to achieve goals, and engage in innovative, student-centered education.
